FAQ
1. What businesses do you work with?
We work with small businesses, contractors, food trucks, offices, and hospitality businesses across Ireland. If you have staff or a workplace, we can help you meet your safety requirements
2. Do I legally need a Safety Statement?
Yes. Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, most businesses in Ireland are required to have a Safety Statement based on risk assessments relevant to their work activities.
3. How quickly can you get my documents ready?
Most projects are completed within a few days depending on the size and complexity of your business. We aim to keep things moving quickly without cutting corners.
4. Do you use templates or is it tailored?
Everything is tailored to your business. We don't provide generic templates — your documents will reflect how your work is actually carried out.
5. What happens after I contact you?
We'll review your enquiry and may arrange a short call to understand your business. You'll then receive a clear outline of what's needed and the cost before any work begins.
6. Can you help if I already have safety documents?
Yes. We can review and update existing documentation to make sure it is current, relevant, and compliant with Irish legislation.
7. Do you provide training as well?
Yes. We offer practical training including Manual Handling, Fire Safety, and VDU assessments to support your compliance requirements.
8. What areas do you cover?
We are based in Ireland and work with businesses across the country, with a focus on practical, on-site and remote support.
9. I'm not sure what I need — can you advise?
Yes. Just get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction based on your business and what's required.
